Marvin Meeks is a licensed Florida Realtor and interior designer with a lifetime of knowledge of the Tampa Bay area. Marvin, a 3rd generation Tampa native, is the owner and founder of Urban Living Tampa Bay Residential Services Group, and team leader for Urban Living @ Keller Williams Tampa Central.
Marvin started his real estate career in 2002 as an investor remodeling homes for resale, and became a licensed Florida Realtor in 2004. Since, Marvin has incorporated his experience as an investor with his 20+ years’ background as an interior designer, into his real estate career, and has a talent for pinpointing potential problems in a home, suggesting solutions for storage or awkward floor plans, and estimating renovation expenses, which are valuable resource for buyers and sellers alike when assessing a home’s current and future potential and values.
Marvin firmly believes that in order to do his job well, he must enjoy it. He makes sure to take time to spend with his friends and family, has traveled extensively to over 20 different countries to experience and appreciate the nuances of other cultures, practices yoga and bikes on Bayshore to stay healthy, has a sharp sense of humor and wit, is a sponsor, board member and event designer for Tampa Museum of Art’s Pride & Passion gala, sponsors the Ybor Youth Clinic for at-risk youth, and has a propensity for really nice shoes.
Xuan “Sing” Hurt is a seasoned restaurateur and concept developer. Her attention to detail, relentless drive and dedication to customer service have helped her make a smooth transition into real estate.
Sing Hurt and her husband currently own Anise Global Gastrobar, a trendy restaurant and bar, located in the heart of downtown Tampa’s Art District in Skypoint.
Mai Tran is a realtor with Urban Living Tampa Bay and currently lives in the heart of South Tampa. She graduated from the University of South Florida and built her career in the finance industry. After more than 15 years in the corporate world, she decided it was time for a career change and refocused her energy on the real estate industry. She is now happily assisting house-hunters in search of their dream home in the greater Tampa/St. Petersburg area.
Ms. Tran is an active member of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Downtown Tampa Partnership and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading sci-fi/fantasy novels and exploring new restaurants. Her passion for food inspired her to become a partner in one of downtown Tampa’s most prominent restaurants, Anise Global Gastrobar. As a mom, Mai’s greatest love in life is her daughter Daisey. The two of them can often be found playing in one of Tampa’s many beautiful parks.
Amy, a third generation Tampa native and licensed Florida Realtor, has become a highly accomplished sales and marketing professional, resulting from her diverse business background and deeply rooted love for the Tampa Bay area. Be it film, media, marketing, sales, medicine, community board involvement, or slinging drinks one day a week at Tampa International Airport to further diversify her client base, Amy has a knack for forming deep and meaningful business relationships, which transcend the status quo. Amy believes wholeheartedly that passion and hard work are the driving forces behind all success. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her fiancée and their two pups, lifting heavy things at CrossFit, serving in the United States Air Force Reserves, feeding the wanderlust within, and further developing her palate via solid and liquid.

He was our friend, partner, mentor, and family member. We miss him every day, but his generosity, passion for life, and love continue to inspire us to be better versions of ourselves.
